geewhatawedding.com.au is a website operated by Gee What a Wedding (referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”), a Melbourne-based wedding planning, celebrant and event planning business owned by Gee Tankir.

By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site.

We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our services, our clients’ needs and our business priorities.

Our site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and that they comply with them.

6. Eligibility to Use Our Site

Our site is directed to users who are 18 years of age or older and are residing in and using this site within Australia. We do not represent that content available on or through our site is appropriate for use or available in other locations. If you access our site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to accessing our site from your location.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we, our affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our site, any websites linked to it, any content on our site or such other websites or any services obtained through our site.

Nothing in this clause affects any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law. We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.

Different limitations and exclusions of liability apply to our wedding planning, celebrant and event planning services. Please refer to your signed service agreement for the relevant terms governing your engagement with us.

11. Viruses and Security

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your technology to access our site and you should use your own virus protection software.

12. Rules About Linking to Our Site

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page.

13. Australian Law Applies to Disputes

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and we both agree that the courts of Victoria, Australia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our site.

You may use our site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use our site:

We may report any of the activities above to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

15. Service Agreements and Other Terms

These terms govern your use of this website only. Separate terms and conditions apply to our wedding planning, celebrant and event planning services. These are set out in your individual service agreement, which you will receive and be asked to sign when engaging Gee What a Wedding for a booking.

In the event of any conflict between these website terms and your signed service agreement, the service agreement will take precedence in relation to the services provided.
