The process begins with a free consultation to discuss your vision, budget, and priorities. After that, we’ll tailor a plan just for you. Once the proposal and invoice are sent and the deposit is confirmed, your wedding planning begins!
For full-service planning clients, we present you with all the options, and you simply make the decisions and handle payments. We do all the legwork so that you can enjoy the process with minimal stress.

Absolutely! You can always upgrade or adjust your package as your needs evolve. Our current payment plan requires a 50% upfront deposit to secure your wedding plans and date, followed by three milestone payments. Excitingly, we’ll soon be introducing monthly instalment options after the initial deposit, giving you even more flexibility! Plus, we offer the convenience of paying by credit card to make things as easy as possible for you.
With my accounting background, managing budgets, forecasts, and numbers is my specialty. I’ll work with you to create a budget that aligns with your needs and provide tools to track spending. You’ll also get access to a comprehensive wedding expense spreadsheet and Google Drive folder to keep everything organized.

The five-month coordination period includes reviewing your running sheet and supplier contracts, finalizing plans for the day, arranging and attending key supplier meetings, coordinating rehearsals if needed, hosting family and bridal party Zoom sessions, preparing thoroughly for the wedding, and providing full day-of coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Yes, there is a cap on the number of hours or meetings included in the package, which will be tailored to your specific requirements and current planning progress. Many clients find they prefer additional support as their wedding day approaches and often upgrade to a mentorship package for more comprehensive assistance.
Gee What a Wedding’s full-service planning covers everything from start to finish. It’s perfect for couples who want a relaxed, systematic approach, with carefully curated vendor choices. Day-of coordination, on the other hand, focuses on managing your suppliers, ensuring everything runs smoothly with a focus on your wedding day details.
There is a huge misconception with what a wedding day coordinator does. We do not like offering this package and hence why we offer wedding day management and coordination. This is where you book in all of your suppliers, we have a meeting to go over your running sheet, your budget the instant you book us. Closer to your wedding we then book in your final supplier meetings and tie up all of your loose ends for your wedding. We do not just rock up on the day and set up items and pretend to be your wedding planner. This does not work hence why we touch base with you about 6 months before the wedding. We also have a team on the day to ensure that we have all areas covered.
The number of team members on-site depends on the service level you’ve chosen and your wedding’s specific requirements. We have a team of six, ready to accommodate your needs on the big day.
Our full planning package covers everything from start to finish—sourcing suppliers, handling emails, presenting options, booking services, creating running sheets, and finalising details. We’ll also be with you at rehearsals and managing your wedding day with our team.
The "premium" package includes additional services to cater to cultural traditions, such as coordinating events like the bride's pick-up, and provides extended support on the wedding day with our team. Unlike the standard full planning package, which focuses primarily on the reception, the premium package ensures comprehensive coverage of the entire day, accommodating cultural nuances and offering more hands-on assistance throughout your celebration.
