Considering the size and detail of our wedding we had left it slightly late to have contacted her. Gee put her heart and soul into our wedding and without her we would not have had the amazing day we had. Gee and also her assistant went absolutely above and beyond in ensuring everything went as planned. Gee’s attention to detail and skills as an organiser exceeded all our expectations. You feel confident that you can plan your own wedding but having someone else there that can give you advise along the way, assist in contacting suppliers and being there by your side is something all couples need and we absolutely recommend Gee and her team, we went through a massive complication and had to change venues 2 weeks out from our big day, without hesitation, Gee the next day after our terrible news spent the whole entire day with us re planning and re booking our dream wedding, she didn’t have to do this, but it goes to show her amazing support and customer service she has for not only her business but her customers as well. We initially had organised Gee as out wedding celebrant however after some consideration decided to also ask her to assist us with coordinating our wedding day. We are glad that we decided to take up this option as she made our planning leading up to our big day as smooth as possible.
Gee organised & attended meetings with suppliers during which she assisted us if were unsure about anything. She also sent out reminders, organised our running sheet and took the time to accomodate for us and our family/wedding party. Gee What A Wedding! Gee is an amazing person in terms of her professionalism, her planning and most importantly her care factor. Gee ensured that every meeting we had with our vendors was professional but also allowed some free play for conversation which allows you to really connect to the people you’re working with.
She planned the entire day perfectly, and even with our late starts due to unforeseen circumstances, Gee ensured that the entire day & night ran extremely smoothly. She shows so much care and love for her clients that she feels like an older sister rather than a service provider. Not only is Gee amazing, but her team really looked out for us on the wedding day. From running around collecting our things to ensuring that all the vendors/families were briefed in on everything really made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Her assistants took all the pressure off our shoulders on the day, whilst Gee has planned and organised the entire event from our inital meeting back in January up until our actual wedding date on the 27th of October. She also ensures that all the vendors are meeting their contractual requirements and making sure that nothing goes wrong at all. All I can say is, Gee What A Wedding. Her in depth consultations, her spreadsheets to keep you on budget, her high energy, her ability to communicate so effectively with every vendor & her love & care for every event she manages was beyond all my expectations. The birthday itself was the most amazing 1st birthday we could have ever asked for, we would have never been able to put today such an epic birthday. The only problem I have now is I can’t even plan a dinner party without her!
